Energy and Resources Minister Bryan Green announced on Sunday that the cut off date for the existing one-to-one feed-in tariff is midnight, Friday 30th of August.
The generous 28c tariff will continue until January 2019 for existing solar panel installations, and for those clients who have already submitted an application.
Clients intending to install a new solar system can also be eligible for the 5 year extension provided they meet the following criteria:
* Submit a completed and signed application form to Aurora by midnight 30th August
* Include a signed copy of your installation contract
* Provide evidence of a deposit paid
* Have the system installed by 30th August 2014
