Jonno Cole

 The Man Who Wires It All

Jonno Cole isn’t just our boss, he’s the powerhouse behind Mance Electrical. With 19 years as a qualified electrician and a knack for solving the “unsolvable,” he thrives on tackling electrical mysteries that leave others scratching their heads. In 2019, he started his own business, and in 2023, he and his wife Vanessa took over Mance Electrical, making it a true family-run operation.

From domestic and commercial work to solar, CCTV, data, and even some refrigeration and aircon, Jonno’s done it all. But his real passion? Spreadsheets. Yep, when he’s not on the tools or training up the next generation of sparkies, he’s fine-tuning systems and processes (and probably getting way too excited about it). Outside of work, he loves hitting the beach and spending time with Vanessa and their three amazing kids, who, luckily, tolerate his love for all things electrical.
