Hardworking Second-Year Apprentice

Tye joined Mance Electrical 12 months ago and is now thriving as a second-year apprentice. Eager to learn and quick to take on feedback, he’s building strong technical skills and a solid foundation for a successful career in the trade. We’re proud to support the electrician he’s becoming.

When he’s not on the tools, you’ll most likely find Tye on the basketball court, where his dedication and drive shine just as much as they do at work.
