Co-Owner & Business Manager

Vanessa keeps Mance Electrical ticking. As co-owner and business manager, she’s the organiser, problem-solver, and all-round powerhouse who makes sure the team and the business run smoothly. Since taking over the company with Jonno, she’s been focused on building strong systems, a great culture, and a business that’s as people-focused as it is professional.

She’s known for her energy and determination, if there’s a challenge, Vanessa will meet it head-on (and won’t rest until it’s sorted). But she’s also the one cheering the team on, making sure everyone feels supported.

When she’s not in the office, you’ll probably find her running, swimming, or cooking up something delicious. Most importantly, Vanessa is a proud mum of three, and family is always her number one priority.
